Pennsylvania Online Gambling Market Sees $812,306 in Revenue During First 16 Days

During the initial sixteen days following the launch of the regulated online gambling market in Pennsylvania, authorized operators within the state produced $812,306 in earnings. Customers placed bets totaling nearly $50 million.

SugarHouse took the lead in Pennsylvania’s online gambling earnings, with patrons spending a total of $49.2 million since the market opened on July 15th. This included $23.8 million on slots and $25.5 million on table games, according to data released by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Among the three operators that commenced operations that month, slot revenue amounted to $517,712, while table games contributed $294,594.

Rush Street’s SugarHouse Casino was the dominant force in the early stages of the market, accounting for over half of the total revenue – $442,796. Customers wagered $10.1 million on slots, resulting in $261,869 in product revenue. Table games added another $160,927, stemming from $5.8 million in wagers.

Parx Casino secured the second position, with total online gambling revenue reaching $260,124. Gamblers placed bets of $10 million on slots, but reclaimed a significant portion, generating $139,903 in revenue. Meanwhile, table game spending amounted to $19.3 million, yielding $120,221 in revenue.

The Pennsylvania Lottery finished a close second, generating $117,284 in revenue from $4.1 million in wagers. Slot machines produced $115,940 in revenue, while table games brought in $13,446.
