A digital assistant can be active at all times, always prepared to assist users, explained Hou Areo. This is especially helpful when users are in different time zones and speak different tongues.
For those who dislike personalized interactions, the obscurity of digital assistants can be a positive aspect.
“Communicating with a digital assistant can provide some users with the privacy and obscurity they desire,” he continued. “Digital assistants can make decisions based on clear rules and formulas, which can make things more transparent and just.”

Everywhere you go, people are questioning if artificial intelligence can be superior to human interaction.
Hou Areo believes the benefits of artificial intelligence outweigh the drawbacks.
“Digital assistants don’t require training,” he stated. “Once they are created and deployed, they can manage a large number of conversations simultaneously.”
He added that artificial intelligence can “process a large number of transactions without being limited by the number of people available.” This, he said, “allows operators to assist more users.”
But that doesn’t mean it’s flawless – especially when it comes to the hazy line between genuine and artificial. “Using digital assistants that appear and sound like real people, like famous actors, could cause issues with copyright and intellectual property,” Hou Areo explained.
Its absolutely essential for operators and public figures to have solid agreements in place when it comes to intellectual property and copyright violation.
Houareau continued, “As long as the operator has a deal with the individual or famous person to use their likeness, there shouldn’t be any problems.”
“Utilizing AI presenters that closely mirror or imitate celebrities without permission could infringe on those rights, so we always insist that proper disclaimers must be in place before creating custom AI presenters.”
Bringing AI into Future Plans
While AI presenters are now live, this isn’t the end of their evolution. More refinements are on the way.
“Some of the future improvements we’re investigating include enhancing the realism of AI presenters to provide a more engaging betting experience, which could involve improving facial expressions, body language, and voice modulation to create more human-like interactions,” Houareau revealed.
Beyond design enhancements, Live Solutions is also looking into “integrating responsible gambling features into the AI presenter technology to help identify signs of problem gambling or excessive risk-taking behavior.”
“This could include features like time and spending limits, personalized break suggestions, and even providing support resources, all delivered in a human-like manner through the AI presenter.”
As artificial intelligence (AI) presenters progress, Houareau remains optimistic about the boundless potential of AI and the expanded opportunities it offers in technological development.
