Enhanced Cooperative Acquires VegasInsider.com and ScoresandOdds.com to Expand US Presence

A prominent sports wagering media organization, Enhanced Cooperative, has considerably broadened its American footprint by purchasing two well-known online platforms, VegasInsider.com and ScoresandOdds.com, for $20 million. This calculated maneuver comes on the heels of their previous $21 million investment securing a 60% share in the RotoGrinders network, with intentions to obtain the remaining 40% by 2024.

For over two decades, both VegasInsider.com and ScoresandOdds.com have furnished American viewers with sports betting data and tools. Enhanced Cooperative intends to utilize their established names and user communities to bolster their earnings within the US market. Their strategy involves transitioning the websites’ income model from subscriptions and advertisements to a concentration on affiliate marketing and lead cultivation, a tactic that has yielded success for them in other regions.

Jesper Søgaard, Chief Executive Officer of Enhanced Cooperative, conveyed unwavering belief in the promise of these acquisitions, asserting that they possess the capability to become leading revenue generators for the company in the years ahead. He emphasized the substantial synergy these websites share with Enhanced Cooperative’s existing US holdings, particularly the recently obtained RotoGrinders network.

This acquisition has garnered recognition as an astute move by industry specialists, including Michael Daly, the US General Manager of Catena Media, a rival who acknowledged the strategic worth of these websites during an interview.
